Hello Beautiful! I'm Sarah. I’m a Registered Psychologist fortunate enough to be supporting women from all over Australia via video technology.

I’m excited to share that I have partnered with Health Partners to create this free 5-part guided meditation series. Each episode is under 10 minutes and focuses on a different topic.

I’ve written the meditation series with beginners in mind, and will guide you through each meditation episode, helping you to get comfortable with the practice.
