Hi, I’m Sarah Davies​

From the outside, you likely look capable and composed. Internally, you may feel stretched, second-guessing yourself, or quietly wondering how long you can keep operating at this pace.

Or perhaps you’re simply feeling anxious, depleted, low in mood, grieving loss, or stuck in patterns that no longer feel sustainable.

​

You don’t need to be in crisis to seek support.
Many of the women and leaders I work with reach out because something feels “off” - even if they can’t fully explain it yet.

A bit about me

​

I’m a registered psychologist with over 20 years’ experience working with individuals and organisations under pressure. I began my career in organisational psychology and spent several years living in Darwin, working as a Psychological Services Manager within an Employee Assistance Program. In that role, I supported professionals navigating high stress, complex workplaces, decision-making fatigue, and burnout. My background means I understand both performance pressure and emotional strain - and how closely they’re often connected. After returning to Adelaide, I worked in a private secondary school before moving into private practice - wanting to make a deeper impact while also creating more flexibility in how I worked while raising a family.

Over time, my work naturally evolved into psychology-informed business coaching, shaped by what I was consistently seeing in capable service-based business owners: high standards, heavy responsibility, blurred boundaries, and quiet exhaustion.

​​

I’m Adelaide-based, a mum of two, and someone who understands firsthand the mental load that comes with juggling work, family, responsibility, and expectations. Outside of work, I recharge through movement, nature, and time with the people who matter most. I’m a sucker for all things interior design and love spending time with our sausage dog Lola.

 

Why this work matters to me

They’re responsive to everyone else’s needs.

They’re reliable.

My work is grounded in helping you step out of reactive mode and into a way of living and working that feels more intentional, regulated, and sustainable - without needing to burn everything down.

My approach is warm, practical, and evidence-based.

I’m not a “just talk and nod” therapist.
And I’m not a hype-driven coach promising overnight reinvention.

I work ethically and collaboratively with you to:

• identify the patterns driving stress or self-sabotage
• build emotional regulation and resilience
• strengthen boundaries and decision-making
• develop sustainable ways of working
• increase clarity, confidence, and capacity
